Job Description

The Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of sales or Customer handling experience , face to face customer selling experience
2. Candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Ability to work under stretch targets and fast paced market conditions.
4. Experience in promotional activities, field activities, data collection is an asset.
5. Interest in the education sector is an asset.
6. Any Graduate with excellent communication skills and positive attitude can apply
7. Good proficiency required in Word and Excel working
8. Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts between 7.00 am to 9.00 pm to job location allotted

* Weekly offs can be given only on weekdays like Monday to Friday (Never on Saturday and Sundays)
* Candidates doing any part time courses / classes are not preferred

Compensation:
1. Counsellor - 1,80,000 to 3,00,000 per anum
2. Centre Manager - 3,00,000 to 4,50,000 per anum

Though the salary slabs are mentioned still salary is not a constraint for the right candidate

Job Locations- Panvel, Nerul, Dadar, Thane, Kandivali, Borivali and Chembur

Interview Venue- HR Department ,Mezzanine Floor, Pearl Centre, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar West (Towards Matunga Road)

The Role:Counsellor
1. Tele - Calling to invite students and parents to centre allotted
2. Cold calling for the data givento invite students and parents to centre allotted
3. Manage enquiries, conduct follow ups and generate reports for analysis.
4. Job would include calling on the walk in leads or data base leads given by the marketing department
5. Face to face counselling for the various courses sold at centres to take admission
6. Back end operation like attendance , fee collection, distribution of notes, exam supervision
7. Making various reports and filing and documentations
8. Student support for notes or study material distribution and helping if they have any query
9. Follow up for arrears calling for fees to existing students


The Role:Centre Manager
1. Tele - Calling to invite students and parents to centre allotted
2. Cold calling for the data givento invite students and parents to centre allotted

4. Deliver seminars to students across colleges in Mumbai to promote the Vidyalankar Brand.
5. Implement sales promotional strategies.
6. Contribute to achieving the organizational sales target.
7.Job would include calling on the walk in leads or data base leads given by the marketing department
8. Face to face counselling for the various courses sold at centres to take admission
7. Back end operation like attendance , fee collection, distribution of notes, exam supervision
8. Making various reports and filing and documentations
9. Student support for notes or study material distribution and helping if they have any query
10. Follow up for arrears calling for fees to existing students
